It is so easy to make friends and find a program that fits you. Whether you are recreational exerciser or CrossFit Games hopeful, the coaches and community meet you where you are at and find every way to help you make progress.
Thanks to the tremendous help from the coaches and experienced members, I went from never doing a clean or snatch, not doing three ring dips at a time, and maxing out at 18 push-ups to doing extensive workouts with 135 lb cleans while maxing out at 16 ring dips and 38 push-ups in one year. Mind you, that is not even close to the exhaustive list and I would have never done it on my own.
How do I know? From trying numerous programs for nine months before this and realizing that nothing compares to having a community who will support you through the highs and lows.
