Riddled with insects due to the dense trees in the area... although this is not an uncommon problem of older apartments/condos next to large sets in the area. Kitchens are small and the club house is worn down.

The landlord is a nuisance. The neighborhood watch spy on people. They don't like kids, they enter your apartment unannounced. The do random inspections that are not part of the lease and they down right LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING!!!

If I could rate this place a zero I promiseyou I would.
I contacted a woman named Anne who told me that she was running low on 2 bedroom units. This was to create a sense of urgency - I know cause I work in leasing/property management. I needed to move my family ASAP so I didn't mind the urgency. I immediately put in an application and my Fiancé drops off a check for $150.00 which I have written proof that Anne said she would take that check and apply it towards our security deposit. Anne said she would hold our unit for us if we gave her that check. In fact, the day she got her check she sent me an email welcoming me to the community. I was told I would be able to move-in today 8-12 and pay the rest of my fees and pick up my keys. I email her THE DAY BEFORE MY MOVEIN DAY, she informs me how "sorry" she is because she did not hold the unit and it is sold out. She then tries to sell me on a unit that was $50 higher in price and deposit. When I ask to speak to the owner she says that Maria is on her way to Mexico and will call me when she lands, instead I have only gotten an email from her that states I should contact Anne to handle this situation lol. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR MONEY! A COMPLETE SCAM IS IN THE WORKS HERE AT THIS COMPANY!!!
