When it comes to real Leadership of fitness training among groups, Gabe is probably the best teacher/trainer in all of South Florida. You should really consider going to the G20 thing. I am in shape and am sexy again.

G20 fitness is not just a regular boot camp, this place is THE BOOT CAMP!!! for you. I always been a big slacker when it came to showing up for GYM classes they usually get pretty boring after a few weeks, but not at G20 with Gabe and his amazing team, they work with you at a personal level to archive your goal while making it fun and enjoyable. I'll have to say this place change my life for the best and I am sure it will change yours as well.

Great fitness instructors who show dedication to make sure you get the best workout. Great atmosphere, awesome people. My wife and I love it there.

Gabe is simply the best trainer I ever met, he is extremely knowledgeable and a great motivator. If you are looking to change your body and have a great time doing it then join G20 Fitness.

G20 Fitness is the real deal. This gym is awesome. I have trained with a lot of trainers in those "popular" gyms. But I have never seen my body change so much since working out at G20 Fitness.

G20 fitness is a great place for anyone who's looking to tone up, get in shape and have fun while exercising. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The trainers do a great job explaining each exercise combination in detail, make sure you are doing it correctly, and always there to encourage you. Coach Gabe is very knowledgeable and does a great job coming up with challenging and fun exercises for different areas of your body. And each day is not the same! Definitely recommend G20 fitness for anyone looking for a different workout routine.

Love this place! Coaches are awesome, really care and look after you during your workout insuring you do not get hurt. Plenty of equipment, workouts are always fun, different, and challenging. Price is perfect compared to a lot of other places. If you're looking to switch up your workouts, be in a friendly and encouraging environment, this is the place for you...G20 Fitness!!

I've always hated going to the gym, but G20 is a blast! The trainers are very friendly and motivating, and the workout is always different, so I never get bored. They're also great about finding alternative exercises if you have an injury. I'm definitely much more in shape than when I started there!

I also love being able to get outdoors after spending all day in the office. And the group aspect is great because not only are the teachers pushing us to be better, but we're all pushing each other as well!

As someone that had been doing kickboxing 5 days a week for 26 years, I can assure that my body told me that it was time for a change. I didn't want to go to a gym and be inside for an hour. I wanted to try something different. For me it was always cardio full blast, but I started to realized that cardio was just not enough, that I needed to incorporate weights into it. That's when I decided to try G20. I still get the cardio and some. I started in September only being able to lift 8LBS. I am now up to 25LBS. They will push you every month to do a little bit more. They write down and keep track of your progress which is great, since usually I can't remember what I just had for lunch. Gabe and Nicolas make sure that you are doing the exercise correctly so you don't get hurt. I can't say enough about G20. I highly recommend it.

Truly an amazing fitness experience! Gabe and the trainers at G20 Fitness of Plantation go above and beyond to make your fitness goals a reality. Since day one I have felt positive encouragement to push myself in a friendly environment. I highly recommend G20 for everyone from beginners to athletes.

Great program and refreshing outdoor location, but most importantly G20 provides an absolutely phenomenal atmosphere. Gabe and his staff are A+++ coaches. Even though the title states "boot camp", you definitely don't get the military treatment. The staff delivers encouragement and motivation without the feeling of indifference and unworthiness as many of the other cross fit programs seem to use as methods of training. No matter which session you choose to attend, there always seems to be a sense of unity and cohesiveness in the group. The bond Gabe and his team have created are unequal to any group I have ever participated in. Highly recommended

I started going to G20 Fitness back in May 2016. Over the past 10+ months, the team at G20 have helped me get into the best shape of my life! Gabe and the other trainers are amazing! For years, I tried doing the gym routine with mixed results. I struggled sticking with a routine and many days just didn't know what to do at the gym. At G20, I don't have to worry about any of that. Each day we get a new workout that pushes us to our limits, gets the heart pumping, and leaves us sore and coming back for more. The schedule is incredibly flexible with 2 morning and 2 evening workouts during the week and a special Saturday morning class to mix things up.

The workouts take place at Volunteer Park on Sunrise Blvd in Plantation Acres. At first, I was skeptical working out outdoors. I'd always worked out in a gym so I wasn't sure about being outside for my workouts. But let me tell you, being outdoors is the best. I work in an office, so I am inside behind a desk most of the day. Going to an air-conditioned gym with no windows? No thanks! Get me outside, in the park...let me feel the fresh air, see the sunset.

The group aspect of G20 Fitness is what I like the most; it helps take the workouts to the next level. Again, at first, I was skeptical. I was the gym loner with my headphones on and my head down. Workouts were my alone time. Now....forget about it! G20 is all about working out together, pushing each other, and sharing in our successes. Need motivation? G20 has it in spades! The trainers will push you, the other members will push you, and heck, in no time you'll be pushing other people as well. The members are in it together to make sure everyone finishes and has a fun time doing it.

Let's talk about value real quick. Is it more expensive than a gym membership? Sure, but not by that much. And what you get for that little extra investment is well worth it. You get a trainer who will help you on your form and technique each and every class, you get help and insight on diet and supplements, and access to a full line of equipment to ensure you can keep progressing. To me, the value of what you get at G20 far exceeds anything you can get at one of the big-box gyms.

If you want results, want to get outdoors, want to meet new people, and have an absolute blast working out, then G20 Fitness is the place for you.

I am the worst at following a routine .. from the first day I started coming in was hooked.. I love the fact that our workouts are outside and that everyone that goes has the same goal and are focused on their own work. Definitely not that Gym feel.. Gabe and Wydelis are fantastic and very encouraging. Great job guys!

After 2years of doing nothing... a lovely friend invited me to join her on her morning workout...
Im so glad I join her and got to know and experience G20! G-20 is a fun, energetic, fast and challenging workout... they take the time to work with you to make sure you are doing it right and are challenging yourself!
My mornings are more hectic now, but I'm loving the way I'm feeling, so all the hard work and hecticness is worth it!

My boyfriend and I decided to get fit and a friend recommended G20 fitness. From our first class we felted in a good hands. It's been 3 months since joining and we have seen the results. He has provided not just physical training, but nutritional guidance as well, and also we have the G20 fitness on the go that works perfectly for my boyfriend who travels a lot.
