If you want to get in shape (or stay in shape), using traditional methods from boxing and MMA, you'll want to check this place out. Come in to the Ultimate Fight Club, and Coach Alan will show you a quick circuit to get started, utilizing jump-roping, running, shadow-boxing, heavy bag and speed bag work, etc. Weights and cardio machines as well. If you want to learn boxing technique, this place is great. There's a good mix of people from various backgrounds...ready to greet you in a friendly manner, and keep you motivated. If you want a pretty, air conditioned, spotless place to work out for 20 minutes, this is not the place for you!! If you want to get serious, and work out in an "old school" type of setting, stop in. You won't be disappointed! They offer BJJ, and some kickboxing as well.

this is a great gym to loose weight, get strong, learn boxing at many levels. Great athmosphere in this gym.
Friendly staff. The members are all encouraging. The best $25 you can spend at any gym. Coach Alan is very knowledgable in health and fitness. Check it out it's alot of fun to be there.
