She is the worst trainer. I should said a flake. She does not show up to the training sessions , she calls you 10 min before the session to cancel the session. DO NOT PAY HER OF HIRED HER. waste of money, she does not care about any client .
An excellent place to work out, be inspired, and achieve your goals. There is an infectious, positive energy with a chill, yet lively, atmosphere. The owner, IFBB Figure Pro Holly Beck, is a testimony to her dedication to fitness and a wonderful influence to have around!
THIS GEM! Not sure why someone would rate Beck's Body Culture with one star. The gym is by far the BEST in Sarasota! As an exclusive member-only gym, it's always incredibly clean and members respect the gym, equipment, and each other. The experience is ideal for people serious about their fitness.
We are blessed to have Holly in downtown Sarasota! I've been training with her for 6 months and my life has taken a drastically wonderful change.
