I am very disappointed with the complete lack of communication from Evolution Fitness. I explicitly spoke with one of the reps to cancel my membership in August, 2015 due to relocation. I am still receiving threatening emails from their third-party financial service provider (ABC Financial), while Evolution deliberately ignores my attempts to solve the issue.
I have made over 5 separate attempts to contact ANYONE from Evolution over the last two months, and have received nothing be further requests for payment from ABC Financial.
The lack of professionalism is concerning. I hope this message will make it through to the staff, and that I will finally be contacted by EVOLUTION.
