I have worked out for years and had felt pretty good about what I was doing, but WOW - Darla of Designer Fitness has taken me to a whole new level...I had no idea I was a toe gripper - I wore flip flops all the time. After my first session with Darla, where she analysed my posture and discovered my weak areas, I was amazed at how I had not been engaging my inner thighs and butt. I stand all day long and struggled for two weeks with my butt quivering before the muscles got stronger! She has taught me about her Me System and I hear her reminders in my head all day - "shoulders, dime, knees, zipper" ... I highly recommend her, and yes, the flip flops are gone...
