I have been going to Designer Fitness for a number of years and always feel better when I leave. I have osteoarthritis and find the Motion Empowered Program to be very beneficial. I do the exercises daily at home. Darla is very professional, knowledgeable and able to identify my trouble spots through her assessments and observations. I encourage any one to try the programs offered at Designer Fitness.

I have worked with Darla in her studio for the past 2 and a half years. She has been so patient and supportive in creating and executing a routine to fit my many limitations. I have a fused spine, arthritic knee, I'm overweight and in my seventies. She always maintains a positive attitude and is never judgmental. I see her once a week and afterward I feel lighter, freer and whole.

I've had fitness trainers over the past 10 years. Many of them were excellent - but Darla is in a class of her own... my doctor was right.

What really impressed me in my first session was that she saw an imbalance in my postural alignment and addressed that imbalance... No other trainer had picked up on that.

I highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about getting the most out of training.

I have worked out for years and had felt pretty good about what I was doing, but WOW - Darla of Designer Fitness has taken me to a whole new level...I had no idea I was a toe gripper - I wore flip flops all the time. After my first session with Darla, where she analysed my posture and discovered my weak areas, I was amazed at how I had not been engaging my inner thighs and butt. I stand all day long and struggled for two weeks with my butt quivering before the muscles got stronger! She has taught me about her Me System and I hear her reminders in my head all day - "shoulders, dime, knees, zipper" ... I highly recommend her, and yes, the flip flops are gone...
