I have worked out at Definition Fit from the first day they opened their doors. They have fun excited and motivated classes and their trainers are the best around. Every time I walk through their doors everyone from staff to members are welcoming. The facility is also clean and stocked with the state of the art equipment. I now live an hour away and still make time now and again to get a workout in with Def Fit!

Definition Fit is the best!! As a triathlete and physical therapist, I am picky about what gym I go to and what trainers I work with. And I can't express enough that I love def fit. The trainers are educated and caring and push you to get the results you desire. They offer a variety of classes & times and the gym is always clean & filled with great equipment. I frequently recommend def fit to everyone I know in Sarasota who is looking for a way to stay active or improve their athletic performance.

In addition to taking group classes at Definition Fit, I've had one-on-one training with Dave. He addressed any issues I was having and strengthened my body and mind for triathlon. I will forever be grateful for his personal attention and the expertise he shared. Plus, it's the only place around with the ISOPHIT machine: a must have for any strength training routine!
