I made an appointment few days in advance for private training with a manager and once I came for the training I got informed that my session with him was cancelled... He was too busy doing something else and receptionist offered to work with somebody else but that was not what I expected...

Beautiful facility and great personal trainers! The front desk staff are very welcoming and always willing to help with any questions that you may have. Best gym experience in Sarasota in my opinion!
