Amazing raw/vegan option in the heart of Sarasota. I ordered the Mac n Cheese noodles with a side salad. It was so fresh and delicious! Highly recommend this place!!

Incredible health food option within walking distance of the Westin and Ritz resorts. My husband and I were attending a conference at the Ritz and one of the other guests had highly recommended we try Ionie for lunch and we are so glad we did. The food was so fresh and flavorful, and the staff and chefs were all very personable and attentive making sure we were taken care of and enjoying our visit and the food. They even took the time to explain the unique health benefits of their food which is all served cold to preserve the digestive enzymes and nutrient integrity. I was also amazed that not only are they completely plant-based/vegan, but they are also GLUTEN AND SOY FREE which was a huge benefit for me since I have allergies to both, making traditional vegan options at most restaurants even more limited. I was elated that I was free to eat everything on the menu! I ordered the Mac and Cheese, and my husband ordered the Lasagna and they did not disappoint. Loved it! We will surely be back before our trip concludes! Thank you, Ionie - we wish we had more options like you back home!
Very friendly folks. Everything is 100% vegan and served cold. My meal was delicious. The portions were more than sufficient to fill us up. Best for up to two people as seating is limited. We ordered the Martin Sandwich and the Thai Noodles. Will return next year on our visit to Sarasota!

The staff is super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They have many healthy options plus they offer other types of spa packages. My wife also loves to come here whenever she has a chance. Get a "Shake Your Tail Feather" smoothie or get the "Martin sandwich". No bread, just delicious onion 'bread'. This is truly the most healthy place you can eat in Sarasota, plus it's a great experience!

Keep in mind that places like this are few and far between so they cannot afford those 2 dollar meals fast food restaurants do! Overall the place was great and I wish I lived closer to go again! I totally recommend the pesto pizza!

The service was amazing and the food spectacular. I had the Lasagna and the salad, both were so flavorful. I would highly recommend this cafe.
Ionie's now has a terrific and speedy self-serve format with lots of delicious raw vegan goodies in the cooler ready for pick up. You can eat at home or sit in their cozy cafe and enjoy your purchase. Staff is always super helpful and Ionie herself is gracious and accommodating.
This is my first time ever having rawvegan and I must say it was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was very elegant and the presentation made me feel as if i was at a fine dining restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place and honestly will steer towards raw vegan foods from now on. A++
We love to eat at ionies when we visit Sarasota. The food is so fresh, delicious and always 100% organic. The staff is friendly and they really go out of the way to have a great experience.

The food here is incredible. Everything from the Chia Pudding and the Kelp Pesto to the cheesecake for dessert was outstanding. Great place to try even if you are not a raw vegan but if you're into a healthy lifestyle or seeking out more nutritious options. The service and atmosphere was very friendly as well.
Enjoyed the cafe! The Garden Wrap was our favorite and would purchase it again. We also tried the Noodles, Vanilla Cupcake, and Carrot Cupcake. Those were nice to try, but were not our favorites. The owner and cashier who helped us were very helpful and personable. Looking forward to coming back in the future to try a smoothie and other items. A bit expensive, but understand why as the ingredients are raw!
Iv been here and it was amazing. The food was great and the juices were flavorful. The 1 problem I have is that they are a little expensive but over all it was great!
