Joined about six weeks ago based on recommendation from my wife and so far it is the best gym experience I've ever tried. The key for me is the flexible schedule (jump in on any 3 min interval) and 30 minutes to finish a complete (and very intense) workout.
The element that really takes it to the top of my list though is the trainer, Rick. He brings exactly the right balance of guidance, motivation, and encouragement to keep you fully engaged for 30 minutes without being overbearing.
