My wife introduced me to Chris and Michelle 2 1/2 years ago after getting rehab help post-knee replacement. This center and the amazing owner and staff have significantly improved our physical and mental health. During the virus shutdown, we continued with home zoom sessions - can't say enough good things about the awesome professional trainers at this center!
Chris and her staff are amazing! Guiding us through rehab and creating more strength. Their knowledge, experience and ability to tailor the workout to various body challenges (bad hips, knees, scoliosis, etc.) is top notch. I credit Chris for helping me develop muscular balance, symmetry and strength so I can continue to do the athletic things I love without pain.
This is the best Pilates workout I've ever had. The staff is great - I have really enjoyed personal training with Angela. Highly recommend!

I've been a Pilates fan for years, and when our business moved from Tampa to St. Petersburg, the first place I went to continue my training was to Pilates Powerhouse. What an amazing facility! They have all of the equipment and experienced trainers to work from Beginner to Advanced levels and even specialize in post rehab. The owner, Chris, is amazing - and has taken my training to an entire new level of experience! All of the trainers there are professional and kind, continually working to challenge me all while ensuring that I train safely under the STOTT Pilates method of training. This studio is my haven, and I highly recommend it to ANYONE who has done Pilates or just considered trying it, you need to check out Pilates Powerhouse! It's an experience you will not regret!

I am able to function pain and medication free due to my twice a week private sessions with her! Chris and Camille are expert instructors and I highly recommend them to both fitness buffs and those with compromised back and neck issues like me.
