It was my first cycling class; there was no instruction whatsoever plus the room was compact and hot. The instructor never came around to check on people who may be new or even addressed the class to inquire if there was anybody new; thankfully the person next to me was willing to help me adjust the equipment. The receptionist was nice but the only reason I will return is because I have a prepaid Groupon, after that I won't be back.

Really good management/ownership. I walked in asking about the gym. The guy quickly explained what they were and how they operated. Not what I was looking for(they do personal training, group classes, and cycling) but the guy quickly pointed me to another gym that fit my style(put headphones in and lift). Left a real good impression. I would recommend anyone interested in classes or training check it out.
PS. They have lots of tired to flip and sleds to push. Looked like great equipment.

This is by far the best gym in St. Pete! The instructors are awesome and are very welcoming and patient. They modify any exercise and make sure everyone feels comfortable. My girlfriends and I love coming here!

Great place, great class instructor for boxing, so sweet and nice. Great people there I am a heavier girl, 175 5'5" (Not in the greatest) and they treat me like everyone else. No stigma here! Will definitely be returning, love the smaller place, and they do daycare. Not sure what the times are. :)

Great facility with some awesome trainers! The group classes are always full and there's a great community amongst the members. Highly recommend!

Hands down, this gym is worth all of the sweat, money, early mornings, and late nights. You get an amazing workout each and every class!!! I cannot tell you how much more happy I have been since joining this gym 3 months ago. I look forward to waking up in the mornings for my 6am classes and after work for the 6pm classes. The instructors are all very helpful in teaching you proper form and how to use the equipment while taking time to get to know you! They have a very welcoming atmosphere and the music is always great!

Lots of options of different classes with great instructors teaching each! All levels welcome, the group classes really help keep you focused and the instructors are extremely motivating and professional. Love this gym great place to get in shape!

I must acknowledge that I did not do business with the place but exiting their parking lot severely damaged my vehicle. This could be damaging for any compact car or sports car. This business and their neighbors should take action to ensure that their customers property is it damaged.
