MA Fitness is amazing. You can start out at your own pace and build up as your body get used to the work out. The 45 minute classes are very productive and the instructors are great. The pricing is very good as well. You pay for the month and the classes you can go to are unlimited during that month. No 'pass'-based classes, which I personally hate. They really want the students to have a good workout. Very friendly and comfortable environment. I would completely recommend this to anyone looking for some great exercise that never gets boring.
I had my health evaluation and orientation for this program last week (Mar 4th). It was humbling to know where I stood physically. Over the course of a week I have been eating clean, working out every day Mon-Fri at various fun & challenging workout classes, and I feel great. I have also lost 2 lbs since last week. Looking forward to another healthy week and getting leaner/stronger!
Best workout out there, combining cardio with strength & conditioning. Great for all ages of adults and they have a kids martial arts program too!
Nothing like punching and kicking my stress away. By the end of this workout I was exhausted and sweat from head to toe. The instructor motivated the class and kept the energy level high.
