I joined Blackbeard about a year ago and its been Amazing. Its really an awesome place to go. The coaches push you hard but the athletes push you harder. It was the best decision ive made in a long time. You should really stop in and try it.

Best gym ever! The community and the coaches really motivate each other and make me want to come everyday. If you are looking for a place to get fit and have fun you should drop in and check it out!

Have been apart of CrossFit Blackbeard now for awhile, always has been a great experience! Recently we underwent an ownership change, and we have a new owner/head coach Aaron Weedo! So far Aaron has been an excellent addition to the Box and his knowledge of not only fitness, but the body as a whole is impressive! Even in the short time he has been with the box he has improved my overall performance as well as my mindset in the gym! Much love for this place! Would encourage anyone new or who have been doing CrossFit for a while to come and experience Blackbeard for themselves!

I dropped in with my wife while on vacation at St. Pete Beach. We met the owner as soon as we got there. He was very nice and made us feel welcome. The box itself was clean and well organized. The class structure was one of the best I have experienced as a drop-in. The coach was very knowledgeable and made sure we had all the movements down before getting the workout started. I highly recommend this Crossfit for anyone looking for an excellent gym

Filthy dirty facility. Not much for instruction. Unorganized. Instructor was kind of agressive, not a good communicator and showed up late to open many times during my short stint at this facility. Have since joined a different facility in St Petersburg AND SOOO HAPPY I DID.

Rob was a great coach. The place was incredible and the workout was brutal! Would highly encourage anyone to give this place a shot. We are just visiting, but would make this our home box if we lived close.
