I started coming to Florida 5 years ago for the sunny respite from grey Ohio. I discovered Nava Yoga Studio and now I come every year looking forward to practicing with a diverse group of instructors who as a whole offer the best experience I have had with yoga since I started practicing 17 years ago.

I go to beach yoga every time we are in town I love it it!! I wish we lived closer! The yoga teacher is always so nice and everyone is just happy and helpful.

Great place. Beach yoga is very cool. They also run specials like 30 days for $30. Cant beat that. Everyone in this yoga studio is friendly and the place is clean. Showers available.

A strong feeling of community. A highlight during my stay in St. Petersburg. Can't wait to return to practice next year.
I've been going to this studio regularly for about two years, and I only wish it had been longer. Nava offers a nice variety of classes at all times of the day, so I can almost always find the class that fits me at the time -- both in how my body is feeling that day and to fit whatever else I have scheduled.
I love this studio, too, because it's welcoming and comfortable, with a great view of a pond where ducks, cormorants, ibis and other native birds go fishing and feeding my zen.
You can't go wrong here. The teachers are excellent, well-trained and friendly. Even if you never tried yoga before, try Nava. You'll be a yogi before you know it!
Nava Yoga Studio has the most calming and friendly environment of any yoga studio I have practiced. The owners and instructors, Joanna and Wendy, and Captain Ellen are so well-rounded in their own yoga practice and certifications that they bring incredible knowledge and encouragement to my yoga practice. My strength in mind, body and spirit has deepened in the past year since attending classes and workshops at Nava Yoga. I am so fortunate to have Nava Yoga Studio and their instructors in my life. I am a better person because of their inspiration.
