This place is a joke. My advice find a locally owned gym where the owner/management actually care and know what they are doing. For the price I was paying a month you'd expect better customer service, but not here.
Update: I was able to get my membership issues resolved through the club itself after a few VERY FRUSTRATING attempts with ABC financial. My advice to anyone having membership issues is deal directly with the club not ABC which collects the monthly membership fees and basically handles the corporate side of the business. ABC and their "corporate policies" will leave you frustrated and angry. I really wish that I didn't have to go through this and be treated the way I was by them. Anyhow, I just wanted to say thank you Jason for helping me get this resolved.
