This is the most amazing group of people I have ever had the experience of working out with. I have tried several other facilities similar to HEW but none of them even come close! All the coaches are fun, knowledgeable, caring and make you feel like you can do anything. They work with you if you are unable to do a certain exercise, they make me look forward to working out. All of the active members are awesome as well, they encourage you and are friendly. I honestly could go on for days stating how awesome this place is, but in reality come see it for yourself!!!
Top Notch! I have been to many cross fit boxes and have found the people especially the coaches at HEW PSL to be the very best! HEW is more organized and diverse in it's exercises than any gym I've been to. They welcomed me into the family and watched my back to make sure I was executing all movements safely and to the top of my ability. Sometimes I wanted to hug them, sometimes I wanted to swear at them :-) I highly recommend.

The people you will meet at HEW will become your friends faster than you ever thought possible. The coaches will inspire you and push you to effect that change you desire to achieve. The space they have created is unique in the fitness world. There is no negativity here at all, only support. If you have been intimidated by other gyms and that "bro" type lurking by the weights then you have not been to a good gym yet. I started at HEW on day one, day ONE, and I have enjoyed (sometimes suffered) every single workout. We "HEWmans" as they call us, love new faces, so please come try out the free session and get your butt in gear.

Was visiting family and needed a place to workout. Has a great coaching staff and good workouts that will test you. What also made the gym were the members. Great community of friendly people. They all have a the mindset of finishing the day healthier then when they walked it.

I've never felt more confident in a gym before! All of the coaches at HEW are super helpful and encouraging and I never leave the gym unsatisfied with my workout. Even if there are moves that I don't know how to do -- I'm given modifications that meet my ability level. I recommend HEW to anybody that asks me about it! It's not just a gym - but a family, and that's what I love about it the most!

My 14 year old daughter and I are wrapping up our 5 week boot camp with HEW and it has been a great experience thus far. The HEWPSL family are a fun, energetic and motivating crew. Not only do the coaches make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door but you are also greeted by fellow members that cheer you on during your struggles and celebrate your victories as well, I've never experienced such love at other gyms. Everyday is a new challenge and the coaches are there every step of the way, they will break down the work out of the day, offer high fives as you work through them, give you a "you got this", or even suggest modifications if you need them. There really is something for the beginner to the experienced and you will not regret giving them a try.

The coaches are full of a tremendous amount of knowledge. They are so encouraging they make you feel like you are doing a great job. They make everyone feel so welcomed the moment they walk in the door. They have a tremendous amount of positive energy. I look forward to going to HEW throughout the week.
HEW has changed my outlook on working out, I love the coaches and the friends I've made in class. I always feel welcomed and encouraged. I've made great strides in my physical ability because of the support I've received with HEW PSL. Couldn't ask for a better place to sweat my butt off! #lovehew
Hard Exercise Works Port St Lucie is really like having a second family. Everyone is so motivating and helpful that anyone can do it! Any and all skill levels are welcome and really there is no better gym to be at. You'll reach goals you never thought possible!
I LOVE HEW..... I always look forward to going. I really love how the coaches push me to keep going.. I am able to do things I never thought I could do. My results have far exceeded my expectations.. The community is great too. I never feel less than in this environment. It just doesn't compare to a regular gym... Thank you Kendra and John for doing all you do..
HEW has changed my life. I have can battling with body image issues my whole life and I believe I found the solution the day I joined the HEW family. I've become a stronger, healthier and most importantly happier person. For that I owe this gym my gratitude.
This is more than just a gym. HEW PSL is a community. John & Kendra Welch lead the pack with a welcoming atmosphere. All of their trainers are amazing and I believe 100% that they all care about each individual member. They take the time to learn your strengths and weaknesses when you initially join and then help you progress as you move on in your membership. The workouts are amazing and always changing. Boredom is never present at HEWPSL. Thank you John & Kendra for providing an amazing place that inspires me to work harder to become the best version of myself.
I've never been to a gym that I love more. The team they have running this place is amazing. It may seem intimidating from the outside but the moment you step foot in, its nothing but sincere help and support. Im just sad I didn't go in sooner. I can't say enough good things about this location.
Most awesome place to workout. It's more than just a gym, the owner and coaches treat you like family, always encouraging and pushing you to do your best and never quit. And the variety of workouts that are programed are awesome at keeping you on your toes, always experiencing something new! Nevery want to go back to a regular gym again...
I absolutely love HEW Psl. They are really awesome and treat you like Family. All the coaches are always ready to help and keep you motivated. I have always been an overweight person and never thought I would love cross fit. Boy was I wrong, John and Kendra are the best. Thank you guys for all you do.

My hubby and I have tried other places and have to say Hew Psl is the best place yet! Everything is new and clean!! We have seen amazing results with ourselves and other members! The coaches are phenomenal!! Their is no pressure. They help on so many levels and will modify movements when needed to ensure you always get a great workout! Hew has helped us accomplish our goals. We have never felt so welcomed and valued from the coaches and members. We love and enjoy being apart of the Hew community!

The owners, John and Kendra are amazing! They are very encouraging and are just hands down good people!! The facilities and equipment are clean. The workouts can be challenging but they have modifications for everything and everyday the workout is different! This place really fits anyone looking to workout and get fit...young, old....skinny looking to gain, or overweight looking to loose. Try it and you'll fall in love with this place and the people as I have!
A gym like no other! Every time I walk in I feel welcome and greeted with a friendly smile. The owners Kendra and John are great and really help break down the workouts along with the other coaches. From beginner to expert there is something for everyone. I would recommend this gym to anyone who would like a great workout and great people to do it with!
This gym has changed my life. It is not a gym to me but a family. Kendra and John, the owners, are real people with real stories which everyone can relate to. This is what makes them amazing gym owners. They are fun, hard working, and have created this atmosphere with contagious feelings of wants, desires, inspiration and camaraderie. You simply cannot compare HEW to any other gym out there; it just isn't possible. HEW is on another level!
