JBA is such an amazing place to work out at, but it's more than that, the gals their act like family, they genuinely care about not only your physical wellness but about you. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!

Just started going here and I'm in love! Amanda & Christa both have been beyond kind to me. This is my first time ever doing yoga, so doing it upside down in the air seemed a little scary for me. Both of these ladies have been so helpful and sweet. Christa even took the time after class to show me 1 on 1 how to do a move I was struggling with. I'm beyond happy to have found this place.

I love this studio. The environment is super upbeat and fun. The routines are always different and challenging. Which I love. This studio is like no other in town. Love it!

I have never had so much fun! Let's just say I never thought I would be doing aerial yoga. My whole back is fused in this is amazing for it thank you Lori

I've been going here for about 3 months and I absolutely love It! I love the instructor, the classes and how fun and challenging they are! What a great workout and fun at the same time. You won't be disappointed!
