My wife signed up through a deal LA fitness sent her through email . Both of us used to work out there before. So she tried to get me the same rate and the staff said they can't do anything about pricing. So she emailed corporate and nothing. Today her father was going to go do a 14 day pass but they said he can't do the 14 day pass until he signed up. Place is a joke. I'm sure my wife will be. Canceling soon
Gym always clean due to one dedicated staff member, literally the guy does it all. Generally all equipment is operational and they have just about every piece of equipment you could find in a gym. Kid care is good as well if you have little ones that need entertainment while you workout.
Left fit a short period to look at saving on monthly payments and came back because this gym is much cleaner, better equipment and the atmosphere is awesome.
I wish I can give less then -0 to the manager (Olivia) I cancelled my membership 2 weeks prior to the due date and they still withdrawn the money from my account. She had the worse attitude and unprofessional at all levels. If you decide to cancel make sure you call your bank to do a stop payment cause OLIVIA wont do her JOB

Good gym. The only thing is that the pool and the Jacuzzi, has extremely amount of chemicals, causing irritation of the eyes.
If you want your freedom of thought and speech infringed on then by all means visit this gym. It's run like a communist regime. Avoid this place!

Before the new manager I gave this place 5 stars, but now I'm only giving one because I cant give zero. The manager obviously hates her job. She always has a nasty look on her face, even when smiled at. She always sends someone else to take care of issues that she should be handling. When a complaint is made, she acts like she doesnt have the time to deal with the customer. Without customers she has no job and she needs some serious training. After using this gym for over a year, I will be looking for a new one.

BEWARE: Nice facility, seemingly friendly staff, but some of them seem two faced. I think they mostly only care about their commissions from the high sign up fees.
One of the staff members stole some of my membership sign up money. It wasn't the guy who set up my account, but the worker who was with him. After they signed me up I learned you have to pay $10 extra to use other LA fitness facilities in the area, so I gave him $10 cash to cover the fee which he said he would use to cover the fee. I won't say his name because I want to give him the benefit of the doubt because he seems like a nice. He might just have forgot that I gave him the money cash, but I'm 95% sure he just pocketed the money because he knew he could get away with it.
When I told the staff about the situation they didn't believe me. I gave them a chance to make things right, but instead they asked me to go to my car to get my credit card to pay the balance.
I Canceled my membership today and will never come back to an a LA Fitness ever.
Former Marines and military I recommend staying away from this place and supporting a local gym with employees who have integrity and care about their patrons.

Great gym. People are snobby so dont go lookin to make friends

Because I travel a lot. There is always an LA Fitness nearby and I don't have to skip a routine.
I went to find out information about joining and the young man that showed me around made a very inappropriate comment about my exercise .. I was not impressed at all and have no intentions of joining there.. people go all shapes and sizes to get and stay healthy to be a better self.. Not to be judged for how we look and what we do..
I have regularly been attending this gym for a couple years. Overall, it's good enough for me. It often does take a while for machines to get fixed or lost/worn out items to get replaced, which is why it doesn't get 5 stars. The staff is nice.
Large assortment of workout equipment. It has a pool and hot tub.
Great facilities, variety and amenities. Reasonable value just hate the enrollment fees & contracts.

Usually crowded, not as many machines for the amount of people for certain workouts, cleanliness is not top notch, no WiFi, few TV screens, lighting a little on the dark side, machines may need some updating. But you can still pull a good workout if you are patient and allow some flexibility in your routine.
Very new and clean. Good pricing on the membership. Will keep going here. The palates class is great and I highly recommend it. Way better than yoga. Instructor was awesome!
I have been a member for years and go to many locations. This is my home base. I really like how well kept this gym is, The equipment is well maintained and the staff is friendly.
Would be 5 stars if it was a 24 hour gym. Other than that it's pretty good.
I really enjoy this gym everyone is very professional they offer yoga, aqua aerobics, body building, Zumba, spinning and there's a basketball court, lots of machines for your workout, they also have a juice bar and if needed trainers to assist you to help you workout properly. There's a spa and sauna with nice locker rooms and an Olympic size pool.
Really good if you are in need of a gym because they will hook you up eith a routine and a schedule of all the different classes they do every day and the time
