I have only been here for 2 months for Daru Fitness Performance's boxing conditioning, and it is amazing and I would never switch. Byron is a great coach and he helps everyone. I'm only 14 but they treat every one the same. :) and that's the way I like it. I am ALWAYS excited to go to boxing conditioning and I never say "I don't want to go..". I can't wait to start my weekend with tomorrow's Friday class! DFP is the place to go.

Battlecamp with Lou is tough but he is a great motivator. I always feel unconquerable when I leave his classes.

I've been working with Phil off and on for about a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my results! Phil has helped guide me through my weight loss (85+ lbs now) and fitness goals. He's inspired me thru all of his hard work and dedication with me, to now become a Certified Personal Trainer as well. I am proud to be on staff at Daru Fitness Performance as a trainer. I want to help guide people to becoming happier and healthier, just as Phil Daru did for me. He is still guiding me thru and constantly switching it up so that my body continues to lose weight and become more lean and fit. I HIGHLY recommend DFP to everyone that wants to become healthier and happier with themselves, or if they are an athlete looking to become better conditioned and always be pushed to the next level.

I have been training at DFP for 2 months. In that time I have lost 12 lbs with just a few alterations in my diet and a solid training plan. The gains in my cardio and strength have been great. When I started at DFP I couldn't jog around the block, but that changed very quickly. I have tried everything else and there is no pill or single piece of equipment that will replace the hard work needed to reach your fitness goals. Phil is an excellent trainer and every training session is different so that you get a complete workout each week. DFP offers an extensive training schedule with classes in the morning and at night. This helps people, like myself, who have limited time due to work or other obligations. If you want to reach your fitness and weight goals then try DFP.

My name is Justin Kunst, I work out at Daru Fitness. I love it, Phil's a great trainer. I have done private training and his MMA group conditioning class. Both were good, the MMA conditioning was harder, I got a really good workout on both.

He takes you through a circuit that he created that targets either arms, legs, or abs and back. They are honestly fun exercises but chosen to work your muscles. Every day after my training I feel my body becoming stronger.

Phil Daru is a great trainer, he's a good motivator and really friendly. I feel like he's a brother and everyone in the training group becomes like extended family.
