Simply put this gym is by far the best thing on the treasure coast. I can honestly one of the best in all of south Florida. When you walk into this gym from the very first day you are made to feel like you are a part of the club, family, or team whatever you want to call it. I will never lift in another place as long as Iron knight is around.

Very welcoming staff and members. Great environment to workout in whether you're a beginning weight lifter or experienced. Legitimate judgement free zone, everyone is willing to help you if you need it. Everyone greets you when you walk in, members and staff. Overall wonderful facility that's constantly purchasing new equipment to keep members happy. Plus the 24/7 access is amazing for those with hectic schedules.

Awesome one-of-a-kind gym!! Has everything you need to reach and surpass your fitness goals! Great place if you are serious about fitness and/or are an athlete. My husband and I work out there every time we're in town. Wish we lived closer!
