Nice little gym. It's not fancy but it's got all the equipment you need for a good workout. I also love the open floor area with the mirrored wall. The price is great and if you're just looking to get in shape and not a bunch of extra frills, this place is perfect.

great gym! love the 24hr access and staff is incredibly helpful..unfortunate there is no facility in Orlando where I am relocating

It is on the backside of Publix in Poinciana so it is very accessible. Because it is on the behind the main building, there always is a parking spot for you. All the equipment is in good working order. PLENTY of free weights, dumbells, and machines.The place is spotless: the customers I encountered were conscientious and wiped down equipment after use. The bathrooms are clean, tidy and do not stink. I have visited this gym between 1 and 3 PM and during this time, the gym is EMPTY.
