Love this gym! Great and attentive staff, the machines are always wiped down and clean, and the trainers give you their full attention.
Liv Up CrossFit is the best!!!
I was tired of working out and getting nowhere, even with a trainer. As fate would have it, my wife and I were shopping and I was complaining to her about getting nowhere despite how hard I worked out at the local gym.
A sales person overheard me and suggested I try Liv Up CrossFit. The rest is history. Because of Liv Up's owners and coaches I am in better shape now than I have ever been in my life.

The coaches are fantastic and the members are like family. My husband, son (12 years old), and I all go. As a middle-age mom, I have never been in better shape. I love it!
