I came in just to get a little information about their kickboxing class and I walked out as a full blown member! The staff was super friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend!

I survive!!! Amazing experience, my sister in law has been inviting me for months now and I regret not going earlier. Osei & Vanessa are amazing trainers. I love it even more than crossfit.

This review is coming from someone who does not love going to the gym, lifting, or having a workout, so you can judge how good this place is for me to give it five starts.The kickboxing class is an excited, challenging class. The instructors explain well, pay attention to you, motivate you, and help you out. If you want to get in shape without getting bored, this is the place to go because the class is fast paced and the routines are different for every class. This is an intense class; please keep that in mind. However, you will love it.

Fun great kickboxing classes with great instructors. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The facility is very clean. The workouts are never boring and the music is always fun to workout to. I highly recommend anyone to come and try a class, they won't regret it.

This is the best gym I have ever been a part of! The instructors are amazing, the members are wonderful, and the classes are always fun and always different. I go almost everyday, sometimes twice a day. Through this studio, I get great workouts every time, I have lost weight, found a family away from home, and overall feel healthier and happier. This is easily the best decision of 2016.

One of my friend referred me here.. and from that moment onward I was hooked to this place. They have classes all 7 days a week.. And once a member you can attend any number of classes you want. The trainers here are very good and take good care of you.. They also have so many fun activities outside the academy as well.. This would be the best place to train.

Whatever your personal goal is, despite your level of fitness and regardless of your age, if you're looking to try something different, this is the place to join. The instructors are dedicated, attentive to your goals and the most dynamic group of professionals I've ever seen. They inspire you and are excited to see your progress. I have been taking their kickboxing class since September and I have never felt better! I'm sure I can say the same for all their members. It truly is an amazing feeling of accomplishment.

If you're looking for a full body, high energy, endurance building workout with instructors that can make a group class feel like you have your own personal trainer than look no further. All of the instructors will keep you on your feet and make sure you are working out the best way for you. Sign up for their 3 class special just to try it out and I'm sure you'll fall in love!
