I came today as a newbie for the 60 min class. I dragged my friends there to try and aerial yoga class and I'm glad we went, it was a new experience and I really word enjoyed it. The teachers' name was Colleen and she was very patient and helpful. The place had a serene atmosphere, yoga music playing in the background. The poses at first looked intimidating but getting into them were easier than I expected. A few were slightly uncomfortable for me but you had the option of coming out into a restorative pose if necessary. We did some inversion moves, stretches, and finally rest on the floor with soothing music, eye mask bags infused with essential oils and the instructor came around and rub our shoulders and neck with some oil too. Class today was only $12. I really enjoyed the class. My friends stayed they would return too. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to capture myself in a pic, hopefully next time. The room had 3 rows of hammocks, each held about 5 or 6 hammocks. The hammocks came in different colors and was adjustable, the had handles too. I was hesitant about my height and weight but no worries, guys taller than me were using them just fine and the instructor said the hammocks could hold a lot of weight.
