Victor is a patient, down to earth, family man, who will give you a serious workout, test your limits and then push you past them. He is motivating and makes the sessions fun, all the while he is teaching you what you should be doing in your life to make the most of the experience.
I originally did not think boxing was for me, but now I find it a great addition to my regular workout. Plus, we do lots of regular weight training. Throwing those punches have really started to develop my upper body and does wonders for relieving stress.
I would highly recommend Victor at Fit 2 Box to anyone who would like to get more out of their workouts.
