There is all levels of fintness plus modifications for people who have sustained previous injury. Great music, top of the line products, clothing , food plans and very unique and affordable different challenges you can take, whether your goal is to lose weight build muscle or meet life long friends with like minded goals!

Awesome place to train and workout, even if never workout before this camp will teach you the basics and the fundamentals with proper form. Excellent environment and very welcoming.
I over love the Camp Transformation Center-Miramar!!! The staff is Amazing! Great Support System! Warm/ Friendly Environment! Feels like Family! I looked forward to my workouts, even when I was tired. The motivation from the members and trainers kept me going (FAMILY)! The Camp was the best health investment I made for myself and my husband! What I have learned, I will take with me forever. I Highly recommend The Camp Transformation Center to everyone. The challenge was hard, but so worth it. The program really works. I LOVE my transformation! I LOVE the new me!
