I started attended this gym for about one month and stoped sure to a job relocation. The instructors and owners are very friendly and helpful with the very best rates for what you get. From casual workouts to technical striking, these guys can teach you from the ground up. I would highly recommend attending this gym both for the price and extreme experience that they offer.

I love working out here! It is an intense but tailored workout that has really brought me to a whole new lever of performance. I can see and feel the changes and even though is is completely exhausting, I do look forward to every work out because I know it pays off. Brent is an excellent trainer!

I strongly recommend Riptide Mauy Thai. Anyone who has ever wanted to learn self defense or improve on what they already know should give Riptide a try. I just finished my 3rd month and absolutely love it. I have no previous experience and the instructors have helped me improve significantly. They also offer other forms of self defense as well as personal training.

This is the type of training I've been searching for all my life. They balance muay tai concepts and instruction with cardio training to get you in excellent shape both mentally and physically. If you want to be challenged, this is the gym to go to.
