Rooms were great. Couldn't get much sleep female 2 rooms down stayed loud at all times of the night & had no common courtesy. We felt so bad for her poor boyfriend who kept his composure quite well aside from the insults & abuse from the young lady. Aside from that hotel was great.

The staff are all amazing, accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I would definently stay here again.

Front Desk Attendee Emily, was great, had a smile on her face and had a sweet tone to voice and made good eye contact through the conservation. Housekeeping - Carissa was a sweetheart and gave us the extra things we needed too. Lena was there on thursday night to bring up a few extra wash clothes and replaced a hairdryer that was not work. We enjoyed our stay. Very clean rooms and we were in a suite that was great size.

Nice new property. Great rooms. Terrific and friendly staff - Though beware of loud trains nearby. I was awakened at 5 AM by a train on the East side of the building. Never got back to sleep. Bring earplugs.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and the room was excellent. Hotel has a good proximity to the Melbourne beach and has a lot of restaurants nearby. The stay included a complementary breakfast and access to the outdoor pool. Overall an excellent hotel.

Loved it! Extremely comfortable beds, room is very spacious and well decorated, very clean! Son enjoyed the pool at night, it was heated. Breakfast was good. Everyone was very nice. Great service.

This is a great hotel if you are looking for a good well maintained place to stay and don't need to be on or within walking distance of the beach. My room was well decorated and had good furniture. Bed was comfortable and had a lot of pillows. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has an outdoor pool, but I didn't use it. It looked nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but not bad. I'm happy I stayed here and will do so again.

Unbelievable rooms! We had a stove / oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. They really made us feel like home during our week-long stay. Very clean and in a great location relative to the airport and larger corporations.

Room was very nice and clean but the breakfast area was a disaster! We still had an hour left before the end of breakfast and they were out of everything, including coffee,forks, spoons, milk, creamers, dirty plates, spills and food all over the counters, fruitloops ground into the floor, garbage overflowing, etc. Yet there were employees standing around. Very disappointed in that part but the rooms were clean and new. Overall, the issue of breakfast could be easily rectified.

Staying in this hotel was very comforting, the rooms are equiped with all you can need as to being in the comfort of your own home . The front desk attendant we're very professional, respectful, and compassionate to my situation being that I had that same day gone through mayor surgery I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a wonderful stay, but I was surprised that the they didn't have ash trays for your cigars. AND that the hotel allowed a party of over 40 to monopolize the outdoor seating area and pool area. We weren't able to relax out there because of that. Other than that the staff was kind and attentive and the breaky is delicious! The coffee is not the best though, so if you are a coffee snob of sorts, bring your own!

I like this place a lot. I've been here several times, on business. While it's not Beachside it's been recently updated, it's nice and clean, and the rooms are big. I can't say enough good things about the people who work there also. They've helped me out a lot when I've forgotten things like toothpaste and other Essentials. There's a laundry room on site. There is an outdoor pool. And the exercise room while small has decent equipment. While you're not going to get an Oceanfront View, this is exceptionally convenient for getting to the Airport.

Can't say anything bad about this place. On the night we arrived, the place was PACKED. There were no parking spaces. One of the desk staff gave up her parking space. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Excellent staff and the breakfast was nice and hot. There is also a nice antique shop across the street.

Nice clean Marriott residence inn. Room was just what I ordered. Breakfast was hot and fresh and the waffles were delicious. Light and fluffy and not chewy at all. The staff were friendly and attentive. Close to the airport, too. Hot shower, quiet room.

Rooms are very nice. Have a small kitchen in each room. No stove unfortunately. Beds are very comfy. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Would stay again.

One of the best Residence Inns I have stayed, and I have been at many. The whole staff is top notch! They really take care of you. Rooms are updated and very nice.

I've stayed here before and it was fantastic. Not so this time. The housekeeping staff forgot my room a few days and pretty much every day one as at the front desk asking for thijngs like soap. It seems as though everything in Melbourne is starting to go downhill. The rooms are nice though and the staff is pleasant. I do enjoy the nightly mixers and the free breakfast (it needs to start at 6am though). It is close proximity to many things in Melbourne, but not so close as to be a nightmare with traffic. I'll probably stay here again in the future, hopefully it will be better.

The front desk staff is friendly and courteous. The breakfast area was very well stocked, the attendant was helpful, and I enjoyed the food.
There are some limitations to the services as the hotel sustained some damage. We are unable to use the hotel's gym but did receive a voucher to use a nearby fitness center. Also as a gold member, we ordinarily get an upgraded room. However, we did not as many of the rooms are unavailable because of the hurricane damage. We were not pleased about that but the king studio seems adequate.
We have stayed here in past years and have enjoyed the hotel and the surrounding area. The manager's evening mixer is also a great benefit of staying here as well.

I love staying here! Super friendly staff who always bends over backwards to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Nice hot breakfast each morning is included. Laundry and very small workout room on site. They do have agreement with local gym allowing unlimited use during your stay. This is my favorite hotel in Melbourne - it's my home away from home!

Staff was friendly, room was cleaned. Couldn't access the pool, but that's more the hurricane's fault then the hotel. Breakfast was tasty. Would recommend.
