My doctor recommended an activity I can enjoy and keep my body moving to get in shape. I landed on the idea of boxing. At first I thought it would be just throwing a few punches. No way! Coach actually helps you in workout and technique. It is affordable and enjoyable. This gym is meant for those who are truly committed for change. There is also room for children 8 and older to train. As a speaker, I tell people get out your head and into your life. During my sessions at the gym, you have no choice but to do that and keep focused in the ring.

It is such a great place for boxing and fitness. The people over there are very friendly. The coach is very very good and he can push you to a better level no matter what your level is now. I suggested this gym to many friends and they all enjoying going there while training with professionals.

Best gym around! Workouts are challenging but fun. Corey tailors the training to meet individual goals, and workouts are never the same twice. Friendly and professional. Outlaw Boxing makes you feel like part of the family! Highly recommended!
