The staff, rooms and service were AMAZING. Had to visit Melbourne 2 weekends in a row for a death in my family. Each stay, the staff was thoughtful and whatever we needed they were there with smiling faces and genuine kindess!
*Special kudos go out to Eric, Obbed, Leah and Jasmine. My family have ALL agreed that from now on that THIS hotel is where we stay for all future visits back home (Melbourne). Thanks for being awesome!

Staff providing great help! Our car was burglarized at the beach. When we arrived at the hotel at night, we have no ID, credit card or cash, only having cell phone and police report. Fortunately, the staff (Jasmine) helped me to book a room quickly using my marriott points, and provided the best help (phone charger, bandage, etc) to my family. The room was clean and quiet, and we had a good rest and recovery from the terrible stolen case.

Great Hotel. Very Clean, comfortable beds and bedding. Beautifully landscaped courtyard with a heated pool. 5 minutes to the Florida Tech Campus and 10 Minutes to the beach. This is my 3rd visit to this hotel while visiting my daughter at school and I am never disappointed!

Room was just perfect with beautiful interior and comfortable bed. Infrastructure was beautiful. Staff were professional. Great view from window of my room. Great location. One of the finest place. I enjoyed the spa.

Nice clean rooms. Staff was friendly. No free breakfast and it's not a very quiet place you can hear people talking in the next room over. For one night it was fine. Would not stay here for more than a night.

Great hotel. Nice, large room with comfy beds. Front desk was friendly. Hotel was quiet. Good location near the mall/restaurants.

The 1-King Bed rooms, by default, do not provide enough drawers, power sockets, internet safety, microwave, bathroom drawers and overall space to safely organize your items. It does provide only 3 mid-size drawers and 2 very small ones. The TV is OK but does not provide good quality image and the device attached to its back is source of some annoying static noise when the TV is in. A/C and fridge make too much noise for a room this size as well.
I cannot recommend this hotel over Hilton or any other around here in Melbourne. It's just the worst bang for your buck you'll ever find around here. Period. This place needs extreme and serious renewal to keep up with competition. This is coming from a Marriott Platinum Member, so believe me, I really would like to say something positive about this hotel...
It's acceptable if you need to stay here for two or three days, but for short periods, we already have Hilton Rialto, which delivers way better overall service and structure.

Excellent place to stay close to Disneyworld. Friendly staff, new facility, excellent rooms. Beautiful pool and outdoor area.

Rooms were clean, staff was super friendly and not in a cold, robotic, scripted way- they seem to be genuinely friendly people who enjoyed their jobs. Breakfast at the bistro was excellent and reasonably priced.

Wonderfully comfortable place. No breaky, though and the beds were a bit stiff. I like a firm bed, but my hubby wasn't all to happy about it. The main floor rooms let out right to the pool area and common space. Plenty of seating spread out throughout with your own chairs on your little patio. That was just perfect!! Allowed for many people to enjoy th atrium area without being on top of each other.

Solid property. 10 min to beach and historic district. Really nice courtyard (many properties don't actually have one! LoL) The exercise room is ridiculously small. I recommend they find a partnership with a local gym for guests. Also a nice bonus is additional loyalty points if you skip housekeeping. Breakfast available but very over priced.

Marriott quality, friendly staff. Faint sound of traffic but not disturbing. Otherwise very quiet in motel. Would prefer a cushioned armchair added to room but sofa and bed were comfortable. Air conditioner significantly louder than most, took a while to cool room. No breakfast buffet. Restaurant on site with limited selection. Room was clean. Overall satisfactory but not outstanding.

The staff really cared. They took their work seriously and went out of their way to make the customer happy. Great cafe in the lobby that is reasonably priced compared to standard hotels. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is fine, nothing special but gets the job done. Staff is very nice. Ample parking. Rooms slightly dated but not bad. Breakfast/bar quite pricey, even for a hotel.

Old hotel, could def use room renovations. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping on the other not as accommodating. I was there with my 2 young children when we came across a snake. Housekeeper acknowledged snake and continued on her way. Suite we were in was very spacious, but smelled old and had a very rundown sofa bed. I was excited to see the room had a Keurig coffee maker, but not excited by how dirty it was. The smoke detectors in the room blink a very bright green all night which was super annoying. I had an outdoor patio which also led to the outside courtyard with more seating and a pool. The hotels location is perfect though with many dining options and stores for convenience.

It is well located with many eating options around including a bistro on the premises if you don't want to go out. The staff are great! Nothing was a problem and handled quickly. The room was comfortable and clean. Lots of parking.

A lovely place to stay. Room and hotel we're very clean, bed very comfortable. The staff was professional and friendly. The Bistro served breakfast and dinner. Food served was very good and reasonable in price. Shopping and restaurants close.
I highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott in West Melbourne, FL.

We were here during hurricane. Felt right at home. Employees could not have been nicer! Food in restaurant was very good and reasonable. After electric went out we were given juice, coffee, tea, muffins, fruit in morning. How great is that? Front desk employees were friendly and considerate of needs. Cleaning ladies were wonderful. Thank you, Marriott, we will be back!!!

Stayed on the first floor, rooms were clean and appeared to be well kept. There is no water fountain in the hotel, so bring something to drink yourself. The hotel has a "bistro" with a ton of overpriced food and drinks, lots of better options within a few minute drive. Overall no major complaints or issues.

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The hotel is older but it's been remodeled. It's not the nicest place but it was clean and relatively inexpensive. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now. It is what you would expect from a Courtyard Marriott, but is starting to show its age. The rooms are nice but still have the older style Courtyard design with the popcorn ceilings and beige tiled bathroom floors. There is plenty within walking distance for food. The staff here is friendly and attentive. Parking is ample. The fitness room is very beat up and outdated. The weights were very limited, some were loose and falling apart, and they only had one bench. The fitness room in general was dirty and beat up. Good hotel but needs some work to keep up with what I would expect from a Marriott brand.

I was good. The desk clerk who greeted us Thursday morning was very gracious and courteous. She started the being of our stay at the Courtyard Marriott very inviting. The rooms wad nice and clean. The staff was polite and professional. The beds was comfortable. But if you're looking for any complimentary ementies "forget it! I never seen a hotel that didn't offer you any complimentary coffee or refreshment. How lame was that.
