Hey, do you remember that neighbor in college who blasted music and vibrated the places around it? Remember how awesome that was? They BLAST music with their door wide open at the expense of other buisness. So if you like crossfit, hearing loss, and running in parking lots, this place is for you!

This patented way of shaken pleasure is thanks to the music at the place being set so loud that even on the other side of the plaza you can feel the wonderful vibrations from their bass. So if you love that tingly feeling and not being able to hear your neighbor come to Crossfit at Baldwin park.

It was the day after Hurricane Irma and the majority of businesses were closed down. The owner, not knowing me, let me workout for free. The facility looks great and people greet themselves and make you feel welcome. Hard work ethic is definitely here. I love being around people that push each other and sweat through the pain. I tried to offer to pay the owner and he adamantly refused. That is someone who cares more about the customer than profit. I will endorse this place whenever anyone asks about a gym. I don't know too many places that would do this for others. 5 stars.

I'm in town for the week visiting with my brother and went in for a drop in workout. Great atmosphere, coach really kept us moving the whole time. Well-executed class.

Great coaches, everyone is really nice and knowledge. Made for any skill level. Super fun! Just come in for one workout and you'll be hooked.
