A true definition of family environment. The staff goes out of their way to welcome everyone. Whether coming to workout or wanting to train to compete, Impact Boxing and Fitness is the gym for you.

great gym!! I go to work out and get in shape. My son goes to compete and learn the art of boxing. Both of us are very happy to be part of the impact boxing family. Very knowledgeable coach and dedicated team. My son has been able to learn great boxing techniques not only from the coach, but from professional boxers and other gyms who come to spar at our gym. My son has been exposed to many different sparring partners from our gym and other gyms that come to get great work. Coach is very honest with the fighters. He can teach you how to box, but its up to each fighter to train hard and succeed or be lazy and complain about how there not getting better.
Whether you want to get in shape or compete on any level and learn true boxing techniques. This is the place.

I been boxing for more then 5 years, I went for a couple of month , very unprofessional people including the chic that works there. I paid for private section and I didn't get it. I know more than the coach. The time I was there, never take us out to other gyms to sparring. They don't help the boxers to grow, we spar the same people in the gym over and over.
People look out for other gyms before joining.

The best boxing gym in the Orlando area! Johnny, Nadime, and the Impact team take care of you and make you feel like family. I've learned so much from everyone during my time there and am so grateful to have been a part of them team. If you're looking for one on one personal training to improve your boxing, and get that hardwork in this is the place to be!
