My girls have been working out at Spectrum for 8 years and they wouldn't go anywhere else. Spectrum focuses on the athlete and customizes the workout to help define, strengthen and perfect the physical and mental attributes athletes need. The owners and trainers respect the commitment needed by athletes and they guide them to their best. Thank Spectrum!

Thanks to Devin, my daughter just finished one month twice a week lesson and has shown great improvements both strength and speed. Highly recommend spectrum.

With a educational background in Exercise Science, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility as a 'one-stop' shop to receive the proper treatment in preventive care/rehabilitation for injuries, nutrition, and fitness.

Outstanding staff! They know exactly what they are doing and how to help you improve on the specific muscle groups your sport needs. Excellent gym and excellent people. Also, they are not the cable company!

Best GYM in town. I have been with Spectrum Performance since 2006/2007, training with incredible personal trainers for sports & everyday fitness. I would recommend Spectrum to anyone looking to live a healthier life and be in great shape!

I went to try to return a cable box and it turns out this company is ACTUALLY A GYM. If you are looking for the spectrum company with the terrible cable this is not it. I REPEAT THIS IS NOT THE CABLE COMPANY CALLED SPECTRUM. They do have a state of the art workout facility and great staff though. In just the short time I was there I increased my vertical by 5 inches.

Through all the trainers I've experienced in my college career, I found the best results with my time at SSP. I did training with them for Lacrosse and they not only got me in the best shape of my life but also turned me into an athletic machine. The money was well worth it in the end. Also, Spectrum Sports Performance is not Spectrum the cable/internet service you fools.

I have been going to Spectrum for about three years now. My entire family has a membership. Services are nice. Trainers are all amazing and make sure that you are doing your best. I am not the strongest guy have never felt uncomfortable or akward working out there. Everyone is super supportive. They are open practically all day and even have showers. I would definitely try this place out if you are thinking about improving your physical fitness.

Told me I would get a $200 fee to reduce my internet service then go back to the faster one at a later time. Only because I was not charged a $200 fee to set it up originally when it was bright house (and not spectrum, with spectrum's horrible policies). Everything is already set up and connected and running for this service. They want money they didn't earn from back when it was a different company, just because bright house didn't have ridiculous $200 charges in effect.

Best Athlete facility in Orlando plus Physical therapy/ Massage therapy / General fitness / Boot camps. Most of this people are confused and do not know this is a Spectrum fitness. Is a GYM not the cable company... people please do your research before commenting and putting negative feedback were it does not belong.
