Has a beautiful pool that doesn't look maintained but the hoa fee keeps increasing. The parking lot is filled with dips and holes that will mess up your car and not to mention its a HIGH CRIME area. The front gate stays open with no cameras. Condo was robbed while away and no one saw or heard anything. Cars were broken into about 10 in a row. Would not visit here again, let alone live here.

Not a safe area. Just this morning at a minimum 3 cars were broken into. the same happened last week to my girlfriends car. a month and a half ago there was a shooting by the pool. They have armed security but it doesn't seem to have changed anything. Kids pull fire alarms and make trouble constantly. Haven't lived here a year and I'm already looking to move.

In love the upscale look and upscale amenities. Country club lifestyle at an economical price. Great place to live.

Security had my car towed for parking in the grass. Multiple other cars were parked in the same area not only the night I did, but every time I've visited friends in the complex. My friends who live here were told that it was ok by who they lease their unit from that the area my car was was ok to park in. It's strange how security is fine with cars parked in the fire lanes though. My friends living here have had their cars towed several times while living here for various random reasons. Seems they have some kind of deal with the tow company to make money.

Overall I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay living here. The pricing on the condo I rent out can't be beat for the size as well as location. The only reason why I can't give this complex a 5 star rating is due to the people that maintain the property, specifically the old woman that claims to be the "property manager". As a registered nurse I am appalled that this facility would hire such an unqualified person to watch over the property. I can safely say that this woman is going through early stages of dementia as she is irritable, forgetful, and yells at the residents every other day. Once she is replaced I will gladly give this facility the 5 star rating it deserves.
