I love Planet Fitness! I travel a ton and when you are on the road for most of the year it is nice to see a familiar place. To be able to pop in and take a shower, tan and get my work out on is extra special. Thank you PF for always being there for me!

I was stuck in all day delays at MCO so decided to find the closest gym...after reading some bad reviews I decided to give this one a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Very big and open floor plan, clean spacious locker room, clean floor, the only location I have been to with safety yellow on the equipment. Best location out of 100+ that I have been to. Great & friendly staff! This will be the only Orlando location I go to from now on.

Very big place, best ours to go is in the morning before noon and after 9 pm, is more empty and you are able to use any equipment

I'm a big fan of the Planet Fitness on Conway. For the price, I am able to bring a guest (so my wife and I go weekly). The equipment is clean and it's never too crowded. There is plenty of equipment for all muscle groups. They maintain the approach of being a non-threatening environment to workout. The staff is friendly and I appreciate the little freebies that they do like Bagel Tuesdays. Great little neighborhood gym for a great price!

Planet Fitness is a mess. You need to be more organized and start building new gyms with ALL THE FEATURES YOU PROMOTE. I just went to this one and they don't have the 30 minute circuit, seriously?! I drove 15 minutes for nothing?! I can go to any Planet Fitness and I don't have the time to sit and search every single time what the gym has or has not. Now, thanks to this, I'll do exercise at home or nothing at all. I'm not driving to another PF.

Friendly stuff member, unfortunately I can't say the same thing about the manager Abby ( skinny, dark skin , Hispanic with glasses ) Whorse manager skill I've ever saw. No customer service at all. Take a good advice. Sometimes you have to loose to win. I will definitely never come back to this place or a planet fitness period.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They get paid to stand around chatting while the massage room is filthy , their restrooms are disgusting and the sanitary bottles are always empty!
No one is held accountable and when you bring something to their attention they feel the need to become defensive and justify their bad attitude. Clearly management needs to engage with their team and retrain these humans on what excellent customer care is all about !

This place is a joke....no free weight squat rack or free weight bench press either. Using all machines is nothing compared to free weights....working out here was a waste of time. Only 10 bucks a month but this place is a book club with weights...if you try to get a good workout the people look at you like your a freak....If you can read a book while at the gym ...your not trying hard enough...canceling my membership...not worth 10 bucks...just my opinion....

Excellent, clean facilities and friendly staff. They offer most everything you need for general fitness, but they deliberately don't provide anything they think you might hurt yourself with like a classic weight bench. Instead they provide Smith machine's which still give you a bench press option only with one degree of freedom, so you aren't working the muscles that stabilize during lifting. The same goes for squats. Most everything else they have covered well.
Lastly, they are open 24/5 so that's wonderful for people that want to avoid crowds! If you work out after 11pm, there is rarely a wait on anything. Unfortunately, they close at 9pm on Friday night, and 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays. I'd love to see them go 24/7, and perhaps the competition from a gym opening across the street will drive them to do so.

Love the gym, and the staff. Don't go Monday evening if you are serious about getting though a workout. Its so crowded you can't get on anything.

Great staff, but many of the patrons sit on the machines or wherever playing on their phones. Also need more weights for the racks, often finding myself chasing down some to workout...

Great place with a great atmosphere. It can get pretty busy, so I would plan my workouts accordingly. Choose a time, roughly around 530am or 10pm. Other than that, I recommend this gym to any beginner or advanced athlete.

I love everyone working in this gym. They are super kind- always friendly and extra helpful. They also keep this location incredibly clean. -I lost my keys in this gym and Eric (employee) stayed after hours to help me find them. We did not find them that night so he waited by my car while I went to get an extra set from home. He was making sure nothing happened to my car or my purse in it. The next day my keys were found, and he immediately rang me first thing in am to let me know. Wow! What more an you ask for! Rated A plus!!!

Love that they have a lounge. Love that they have massage chairs and beds. And tanning machines which can be a very helpful remedy for joint pains. Gym is always clean and everyone is very friendly here including Mitchell at the desk.

Place is great. Can't get swole without getting sore. Lots of peeps motivating each other. Of course they're "Meatheads" here but surprisingly more generous than any other gyms. Massage chairs/beds are great. Staff friendly. Time to time Pizza is available.
