Still closed for covid-19. It's a independently owned and operated Planet Fitness, they keep advertising their open. Everytime I go down there they are closed. The Fashion Square Mall is still open. Orlando's China town is reopened for shortened hours.
I work across the street so it's beneficial for me as far as location. Its pretty quiet at any hour you go. Parking isn't an issue considering it's connected to a mall. The showers could use a little more maintenance and detailed cleaning.
This location is stellar! There's plenty of parking, it's never too full, there's always an extra machine there for whatever body part you need to work out- I can go on endlessly about this location. The staff are very kind and chill and welcoming, you feel like you're walking into a second home when you enter. If there is a single complaint I have is that sometimes the TVs on the treadmills can't be depended on, but if you're going to the gym to watch tv, that's a problem lol. This is a great place to get your sweat on, meet new people, and feel good about yourself.
very nice sports hall as well as very nice staff. Sports simulators for every taste. But the most beautiful place is a relaxation room with massage equipment and a solarium.!!!!)
Great gym for a casual workout. I've been here several times with my membership and have been impressed. They seem to have a clean facility and enough machines so that you aren't waiting for others to finish. I'm thinking about going to some of their classes too.
I great great confidence boosters from the regular staff. I get excellent advice from the training staff. Someone always asks if I have everything I need or found what I want to work on. They are the best resource. Plus the facility is clean and I see staff sanitizing. The variety of equipment it good. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.
My first time for this very new planet fitness with tanning, masging, body excamelt, and workout machines very fun I'm going to that big place with a kid and my girlfriend on 2023 June 19th!!!!!! WHOO HOO

I love this location and wish it would switch with the smaller one in Casselberry. I try to visit when I can though. The staff are nice! There's ALWAYS a Smith Machine available for use as well, I rarely have to wait for a machine even during the day, and there's more free weight space as well. People hogging machines texting and doing whatever else on their phone are not much of a problem like it is at my home club, simply because its a bigger location, especially when it comes to the Smith Machines.

There is individual instruction from really great coaches and they all know you by name.

Clean gym, just got a lot of new weight machines so it's easier to get a spot when it's busy. Only draw back is that it doesn't have much floor space for stretching, free weights, HIIT, and other activities.
Good sized location. New equipment recently. The staff is cool. The trainer can be intense (highly recommend for results), and its connected to the mall. Win win for everyone.

I really wish they had the hydromessage beds like most other Planet Fitness locations. I'm not sure what's been going in lately but it smells like mold around the restrooms and water fountain area. They did just recently get some new equipment though! I believe they're about to do a renovation as well. Please please please get the message beds so I don't have to go to other locations for it.

I was a member for about 8 months at the fashion square mall. I never found the equipment unkempt, the gym was always clean, and the staff was always friendly. I just canceled my membership due to my relocation and had no issues whatsoever; despite what the previous reviews say. This was my first experience with planet fitness and they've exceeded my expectations. I reccomend this gym to everyone.
I haven't ever opted for the personal training route or wanted to use the hydro beds, so I can't speak to those. But for $10 month, when I can go somewhere that is very clean, with polite staff and other customers, and up-to-date cardio machines with individual TVs......I am a happy camper.
It's a good place to get my workout done and be on my way.
Not bad for a planet fitness. Bathrooms kinda small, 4 showers, but more equipment space. Really wish they had the Hydromassage beds tho. And personal trainer has very inconvenient availability.

First of all PF is greedy. They automatically renew contract without your consent and i didnt recall that in my contract after a year and the lady employee lied to me saying id need to renew. Second THE MANAGER JEFF IS A MAJOR PRICK!!!!!!!! HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND NON-CARING!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He refused to give customer service number too
Planet fitness has the best equipment atmosphere and prices hands down trust me i looked around for the best gym and in the end it had to be planet fitness love my plan 20 a month no contract and I can bring a work out partner anytime for free.
Worst gym ever..When i get membership for $10 they said no cancellation fees..After 2 weeks i upgraded to black membership for $20 and i needed to move another place which has good fitness center in the apartment complex then i called to cancel it.The person at the phone so rude and said i had to go to the pace in membership or o have to write certified mail..I came and talked with people at the front desk i have to pay cancellation fees..Its ridiculous if u pay $10 no ETF but if u get black membership u have to.. Very very bad experiencing with planet fitness...First time and last time...

The absolutely worst gym ever!!! I was told at the time of purchase I could cancel anytime without additional charges only to find out that I was lied to, when I went into the gym after being threatened over the phone the two associates thought it necessary to get a couple of security guards to escort me outside how embarrassing!!! Do yourself a favor never ever join this club they are liars and will try to embarrass anyone whom calls them out. The two employees that handled my situation should be ashamed

Always clean and typically able to get to all the machines I want to use very quickly. I prefer this one to more crowded gyms. Wish they had a few more options with machines and were open later on weekends.
People at the front desk need better traning. Also blsckcard membership here is limited to chairs. Not worth it
