Out of every store I've been to--under ANY circumstance (Black Friday, weekend rush, holiday shopping madness, etc)--this had to be the absolute most disappointing customer experience. I had never been to a lululemon store before and had been recommended their clothing countless times. While it's pleasant that the workers all very clearly liked each other, considering they were all gathered in one part of the store, chatting, I couldn't believe how unhelpful and disengaged with us the front staff seemed to be. A friend who had been excited on bringing me to the store was shocked as well. I'm impressed with how disappointed I am.
Worst store experience ever. Had a pair of shorts that were defective. I couldn't find my email confirmation letter and they said that they couldn't find my profile. I've never had this issue before. I told the girl that I will be back when I find my receipt, she said "OK" and with and attitude. She should have said "Great, please come back when you find it!" Lululemon at this location sucks. Maybe you should try hiring pleasent people.
I received excellent service by your associate Heidi who upon my arrival greeted me with a warm smile and happy attitude. I had to exchange something and she offered me a couple of options to see what would work best for me. A very pleasant experience!
Clean place
I had an older pair of pants that i brought in for them to look at. I had every intention in the world of finding a way to refurbish them and not replace them. Tate greeted me and ensured me there would be no other way to save them and gave me a brand new pair. This company is very professional and kind to each and every guest. Thank you Tate.
The girls were super helpful during my visit! They were even able to call a store out of state and order the specific bra in the color i wanted and have it shipped to my house, no charge. Thank you!

5 people working on a weekday morning. One of the 5 was helpful. The 2 men working were very dismissive towards me (which is kind of strange considering one was wearing man capris).
The male employees proceeded to look me up and down in a unflattering way and didn't speak a word to me as I shopped around them. I was under the impression that they found themselves either too awesome or too attractive to talk to me. I again found this strange because neither one was particularly attractive. I basically felt like I was shopping in a junior high school. I like lululemon and will continue to shop there, just not at this location.
My lady and I frequent this store and love the atmosphere. Thanks for always helping us out Erin!!!
I spend a lot of money at lululemon. I love lululemon but I have to say this store is by far the worst. Everytime I've been here the staff is so rude. The one at Mall of Millenia goes above and beyond with their customer service. Even though they are an hr away and Winter Park lululemon is only 15 mins away from me I'd much rather drive the extra 45 mins so I can get better customer service. I check in on this lululemon because it is on my way home from work and it has not improved in the past year since I've been in this area.
