Best yoga studio around, highly recommended. Ann is an amazing teacher!
First time, my friend recommended, couldnt be happier. Kelly was great helped me with everything efficiently and got me the best deal. It's great for a beginner and there NO pressure. BRING A TOWEL. Purchased a 40 day membership so worth it.
Way too hot ! I travel all over and practice a hot power vinyasa . This studio is dangerously hot . I had to leave after 60 minutes because of the heat . I was followed out and asked that to attend classes I need to stay . I said I could not breath ! Be safe is you go there
I love this studio. The owner and instructors are lighthearted and seem to live the life they teach. I recommend it to my friends and to anyone wanting a great place to practice.

I love Orlando Power Yoga. The downtown studio is my favorite. Each teacher has their own unique style. Class is never predictable and is always a good, healthy challenge. I have gone on and off for the past two years I have lived in the area, but have only just recently become a 'member'. I'm so glad I did! Always welcomed with a smile and the teachers truly understand the spiritual elements of yoga and teach beyond just the physical. Love this studio so much!

always a good challenging class, all teachers have a unique flow so it is never exactly the same so it is not boring and you work different muscle groups and tension areas. music in the background to get you in the zone.

The owner is racist towards Asian-Americans. They away from this place.
One of the most challenging yoga practices. I feel like it's very productive & amazing here! Arrive early to get a spot!
I just started going to the Dr. Philips location and though I love it and love the instructors, I wish they would at least wipe the floors down between each class. This has always been a big thing for me and each time I have been there, no one wiped the floors down between classes. There are grooves in the flooring where sweat/dirt gets into and stays. That itself is unsanitary and it ends up smelling absolutely rancid in there.
Not well ventilated. I ended up with the flu both times I went here. Classes are for the yogis that have been practicing less than a few years.
This place is amazing! They are super inviting and they have so many classes to choose from!
Very informative and useful, however the environment is not for beginners or anyone with any low/high blood pressure or other disability. If you leave the session to avoid passing out you are asked to return to the hot room. I guess they havent heard of heat stroke before, or how dangerous it is.
OPY is great! The locations are perfect. The studios are serene, inviting and clean. The instructors are informative, cheerful and very kind. The hours are accommodating for everyone. Pain and stress is left at their doors!
