The bootcamps on Saturday morning are amazing. This is a great little gym that has everything you need to get in shape.

Great fitness center. I have been working out with Curtis McGee (Owner) for a couple of years now and he's very dedicated to his clients. His clients are always very friendly and the gym is very clean. I would highly recommend VIP Fitness to anyone who enjoys boot camps or 1 on 1 personal training.

Curtis has trained many celebrities and he's been featured on ESPN workout shows. He's dedicated his life to fitness. You know what they say: When you're at the top, someone will always try to bring you down. So if you are looking for a top quality trainer, Curtis will motivate you and will get you results. I'd say if you run into Jeffrey, you may want to reconsider working with someone who has time to bash others online, instead of focusing on training.
