Power Train is nothing short of awesome. Let me start by saying I am 41 and in "decent" physical shape. If you are looking for group excercise or personal training, they offer both. I attend the group bootcamps 2-3 times a week and one-on-one personal training 2-3 times a week. The Boot Camps are high intensity, yet tailored to meet the individual's physical abilities, as you can go at your own pace (while following their structured program). Personal training is designed for the individual based on your personal goals and abilities and I never walk out disappointed after a training session.
Ive met some great people while working out at PT ranging from high school age to 60+ Years of age, so you can rest assured PT can design a program for anyone. In fact, my 10 year old daughter does agility and speed training - and she loves it!
Mike and Nick are experts at what they do. They emphasize proper technique during Boot Camps and Personal Training sessions and they really do care about the client's well-being. They have a well trained staff that demonstrate these values as well, and it really is a client-focused approach.
VALUE- Wow. The pricing CAN NOT be beat. This isn't a cookie-cutter gym where they pack in classes just to make a buck. This is personal training at its finest, at a price point that makes this the most valuable gym in the area. It's truly amazing what you get for your money.
Personally, I've lost weight, toned up, made strength gains, healed chronic injuries, focused on eating better and drinking less alcohol-- all because of Power Train's guidance and workout program. I'd recommend them to friends and family, And I Have (many times over).
