Soooo much more fun than the typical gym. I took the intro to pole class. The instructor was really sweet and although I am pretty much the worst at choreography she really helped walk me through each move to bring it all together. Group class but each person that wanted help got some individual attention from the instructor. I loved the diversity of the class people of all ages and shapes = it was so much fun seeing everyone getting it...Very much looking forward to going back.

The most welcoming environment I've ever experienced! All the instructors are amazing, you can tell they love what they do. They always take the time to help me find different ways to do something, if I'm incapable of doing something. The staff and people are so inviting, it really feels like home!

This place gives me something to look forward to five days of the week. When you come its nothing but good vibes, great energy and an open judge free environment. To all the instructors from pole, exotic, and flex they are dedicated to there craft and support their students!!! Love it!!! Love it!!! Love it!!! My passion.... crafting at Lotus Fitness...my pole home!!!

First I am upset while writing this. I was a new member here and was really working to come out of my shell and actually starting to feel more within their community. I have been ill since Saturday with a flu. I reached out same day Saturday a few times with no answer to my calls. When they emailed me I sent back that I was sick with no response. today I came in still on the edge of flu but I had just broke a fever so I felt like I could go into class without getting anyone sick. Due to being sick and a bit overwhelmed at work I apparently miss-schedule the class and showed up at the wrong time. I tried to explain the situation over the past week what has happened. The girl at the front desk basically was super unsympathetic and was like it's not our responsibility to handle your same day calls and they were going to charge me on top of my membership fee $20. I understand their policies and would probably be okay with paying, however the thing that struck me was how little this girl cared. She basically wanted me out the door and when I said "maybe I should just stop my membership" she basically said we cant accept your membership cancellation unless you write it out and handed me a card and then smiled sarcastically and said bye with a smile on her face while I was near tears. I had a really rough day and was really looking forward to the class but I don't think I'll be going back after that.

I love this place! The only downside is that I have to book weeks in advance to take certain classes, but that just illustrates how great they are! The demand is high and the instructors are amazing!

I love this studio so much. The staff is amazing, the instructors and overall the people. I took a pole class here and it was awesome! The studio is clean and well organized. 100% recommend

Wonderful instructors! I love taking aerial silks and lyra. Everyone is highly encouraging and takes the time to help each and every student.

MY second home, I love this studio. To start it is extremely clean and organized. I know we sweat in the studio but the management just seems to know how to keep everything from the hall to the bathrooms sanitary and smelling amazing. They use the best equipment and you can trust you won't have a malfunction. The instructors are personable and willing to help you every step of the way. Their special events and workshops almost every month keep things interesting in whatever you are pursuing and their membership options are the best and they help in every way they can. I completely enjoy my studio!

This studio is my happy place. I love the variety of classes and all of the instructors are very helpful and an absolute pleasure to be around. I've definitely noticed a huge improvement in my abilities for pole, lyra, and silks since I started going here.

Been coming to lotus for a year now and it's been consistently great. Facility is always clean and instructors are friendly & knowledgeable. Time of classes offered fit perfectly for those that work 9-5.

Great location, beautiful and clean studio, and wonderful instructors! I have been going to Lotus for over two years and I am so happy the are in the Orlando area. The studio has Lyra, Silks and Pole - it is great to be able to cross train and try new things where you can never get bored. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive and fun - highly recommend!!!
