To be fair, the chiropractic service was very good, and so were the massage therapists. The reason I've knocked this review down to 2 stars is because of an incident when I was trying to find out how many visits I had left on my insurance benefits for the year. The woman at the desk counted them up for me, but she counted it incorrectly, so I ended up having to pay out of pocket for 2 visits past my yearly max (over $200--yikes!)
I brought this to the attention of the administrative staff, and they essentially just shrugged their shoulders and said "Pay it or go into collections." I stopped going back after that. If you're a truly professional service, either write a macro that can automatically count visits, or take responsibility for the mistakes that ensue from your staff's human error.
