I love this place. Originally, I only picked this studio because it was close to me, the prices were good, and their class schedule fit with my schedule--I really never had any particular interest in aerial yoga, but thought I'd give it a try because everything else fit. Oh man, I am now obsessed! It is a complete blast!! Not only does the hammock help you get deeper into poses and strengthen your balance, it is really fun and playful. And every instructor is fantastic, they are really excellent at explaining each step in a way that makes it not intimidating and you will find yourself doing poses you would have never thought you were capable of doing. The space is really excellent too, always clean and has a good energy. Plus, I love smaller studios, they feel more intimate and personal. And for a 2-room studio, they offer a huge variety of classes. It is a really fantastic place, and I still go here even after I moved to the other side of town, because it's worth it.
Such a welcoming studio! You do not need any yoga experience to enjoy a class here. All experience levels are welcomed and supported. Teachers are fantastic and always offering modifications and more challenging poses to fit all people in the class! So happy I found this place
I was completely relaxed when I left! The feeling I had was only similar to after I had had a massage. Absolutely will be back. Troy is an excellent trainer. I have to thank Naadiya H. for inviting me. :-)
Longtime member, who appreciates the excellent staff and management. They work hard to offer great classes and special events at affordable prices. And they're one of the only places in town with aerial classes.
Great setup, kind and knowledgeable instructors. Helpful environment and people working there. Exactly what I expected from a yoga class. Warm vinyasa flow was great! Everyone loved it. Keep up the great energy, I look forward to going back again.
Elevate offers a great variety of classes for all levels of students. I love the aeriel hammock, buti yoga, silks, and restorative classes.

I love going to class here! I've tried just about every kind of yoga at multiple studios and this is the only one I've actually enjoyed (aerial yoga class). The staff is genuinely kind and accepting and I always leave feeling so relaxed and much more grateful and at peace when I leave (which is pretty big as I'm more on the realistic / pessimistic side of things, typically). The prices are very reasonable compared to other studio classes and I truly believe this a wonderful way to invest in your health and wellbeing.

Why is there no option for 10 stars? Absolutely love this place. My biggest regret about moving away from Orlando is that I can't go to this amazing yoga studio anymore. Everyone is so lovely, and I really miss it a lot! Can't beat their prices either. A+++

This place is amazing. You can't beat the prices either. Rey Niki and some of the other instructors I've had are incredible. It feels like home. The studio is absolutely beautiful and smells great!!!

The instructor worked with my daughter who has ASD and sensory issues. The instructor is very caring and compassionate and was able to teach my daughter coping skills and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed participating in the yoga classes. My daughter would leave class very proud of what she was able to do. I definitely recommend Elevate Yoga!

My daughter purchased a session for me after she fell in love with her experience. I really enjoyed the session. It was definitely different in a good way. It was a very relaxing environment, you were encouraged to do what you felt comfortable doing, and were given options to try if you felt ready. I was more relaxed after this session that any regular yoga class I've taken.
