Great place for high intensity calorie burn workouts and also moderate workouts if you need modifications. First four weeks of working out 3 to 4 times a week, lost 6 pounds, several inches from my body and almost 2% of my body fat. 9 Round works if you work with it and stick with the training, along with eating well and fueling your body. Recently had an injury and trainers, like Avery, have been wonderful providing good modifications for me. Still get the calorie burn I want. The Saturday dance parties hosted by Drew are the best. Gym is clean, equipment taken care of and the community is encouraging. Love this place, hope some friends who've shown interest will check it out soon too. Keep up the great work Austin!
