Dropped in at Subu 3 times, every time they welcome me like i was part of their community. Very chill environment to forget about the traveling stress! Thanks Subu family for being so amazing!

Top Notch BOX gym. I did a drop-in while visiting Orlando on some business for the 5:30 class . There was ample parking and was immediately welcomed by Miguel(coach/trainer). This was my first class after a 2 month hiatus from Crossfit and WOW did I feel it!
Very clean gym. Coaches are friendly and gave lots of instruction in regards to my form and weight. WOD was challenging! Patrons are nice folks.
Definitely going to drop-in again when I'm come back to town.

Excellent box. Great energy, with dedicated and motivated coaches/athletes. Walked in as a college athlete and they went the extra mile to help me get a workout in. Best box/gym in Orlando, hands down!

Dropped in twice while in Orlando. Great setup and fantastic people, everyone is very welcoming and the daily WOD is great fun. I immediately felt like being in my home box.
The programming was excellent and the coaches took great care in explaining the movements. Super warm-up and challenging WODs.
It's a great crew there and I would always come back to work out. Thanks for having me guys!
If you want to try out Crossfit, or just visiting Orlando, definitely check out Subu. You won't regret it.

Dropped in twice while in Orlando. Great setup and fantastic people, everyone is very welcoming and the daily WOD is great fun. I immediately felt like being in my home box.

Dropped in during their open gym, staff and athletes were very nice and accommodating. Got to do my normal programming without any issue, which can be a challenge when traveling. I definitely recommend:)

You can't beat the environment and atmosphere here. The coaches are awesome, the community is great too. Couldn't recommend enough.
