Do not go here! Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced for any business especially considering I was looking to join as a new client. Very disappointed. Was lied to when signed up. I was told I can pay month to month. They put me on a year contract without asking me and when you complaint David Rodriguez Operation Managers will laugh at your face!! Pass and take your money somewhere else!

This place is a scam. Get away from this people. David Rodriguez the operation manager does not solve your problems. They only want your money without any consideration. Try The Jungle MMA and Fitness or Legacy Fitness. Cheaper and better customer service.
They run a special at the beginning of month, January 2018, for a ONE YEAR CONTRACT and then close their doors for business January 31st 2018 and tell members your account is automatically transferred to the winter park location. These douche bag owners also run Hunters Creek, beware.
I love how high energy the instructors are and how awesome the music is. I also love doing 15 mins of cardo before boxing and 15 mins of abs at the end...I find this combination very effective! I look forward to boxing unlike any other workout I've done.

Potential new members don't need to worry if they don't have any boxing experience, the instructors are extremely helpful and the moves are simple to pick up. Title is great for all levels of fitness. At the free class I attended, I saw members of all different body types participating. Members are challenged, but never pressured to do more than what they can handle. There's no reason not to register for their free class. They do not try to pressure you into starting a membership.

I've been training with Matt for about 1-year. He is one most experience and committed trainer . I really enjoy the variety and challenge he puts into the session. Matt has helped me achieved my goal and makes every session fun I actually look forward to my workout with Matt. Matt ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid injuries. Matt is always set up and ready to start training ahead of time with an exercise routine planned . I would recommend Matt in a heartbeat.
I work out during my lunch our at least 3 days a week. Being able to work downtown and shower after a lunch workout and feel energized after lunch instead of passing out from a burger has totally changed my work life. This year I have felt so much more alive during work. If you work in downtown Orlando, do yourself a favor and join Title Boxing 55W. It is also next to Sunrail, so the days I go after work I just jump on the train and ride home.

Took my first 60 min class and it was lots of fun! The trainer was great and the manager was very helpful. I will be back!
Great atmosphere, perfect way to get back in shape, they call out the combos and you train so it is versatile as the more advanced guys simply go harder. Warm up and core at the end of the class make it a full body routine, drawbacks are that it is not a real fighting gym, no sparring and limited technique (although you can do seperare classes for that). But that is not what it is trying to be.
