At first it was ok but the customer service here is very poor when dealing with difficult situations as I'm a store manager myself with a retailer...there has been 3 different episodes and anytime a business has you feeling distance from them you really become hesitant to go back there. There is a right way and wrong way to communicate with your customers/members.
Good for the money you pay...but definatelly not highend by any means...and so.e other gym companies are stepping it up for same amount of money too.
This is a really good place to work out and the staff is very friendly ... All the equipment are well maintained but the reason for me giving only 4 stars is they don't have open barbels and that's doesn't let me finish my routine. Other than that everything is pretty awesome the massage chairs and hydro massage for such a low price is awesome.
First time guest pass registered Online for South Orange & Holden ave, Orlando FLORIDA Planet fitness. Employee did not provide a tour of facility. Employee complained about not having a lunch break, having to wipe down machines and cursed at me. Had no idea where the locker room was. Waited for employee to finish cleaning equipment then he kicked me out. Employee stated that his manager watches him on camera.

It smells, always dirty, the massage chairs and beds usually broken, they get petty with interrupting a set or buzzing the alarm if you even grunt the slightest or drop a weight one inch. Nobody wears deodorant, weights never in order, bathroom and showers are dirty and smell, creepy pervy Craigslist people go there seeking sex and usually some type of drama too. Avoid this one...

Ive been going to various gyms over the past ~7 years now about 4-5 days a week. Been going to this Planet Fitness for about 6 months now and absolutely HATE this gym more than ANY gym I've ever been to!! For a place that "judgement free" thats the farthest thing from it. The testosterone levels coming from the group of guys flexing infront of mirrors to impress/show up one another is palpuable! You want to use a machinine? Ha! Good luck with that... 90% of the time someone is just sitting on that machine on their phone (literally watched a guy swiping through tinder today and I finished ALL 3 of my sets...he didn't do a single rep the whole time!) the only thing that's ever open is a random tredmil or cycle machine. I was hoping that I just happened to come at the wrong times, but seems every time I go, the freeweight section is just swarming with guys flexing in the mirrors at themselves, and sitting on machines on their phones... this is the most frustrating thing just wanting to get in, get a workout, and get out, but you can't because you have to wait for inconsiderate clowns to stop flexing their di(ks so you can actually workout where their just sitting and talking! IF you want to do ANYTHING other than walk on a tredmil, this is NOT the gym to go to!!!

This location is quite busy as its right off of Orange Blossom Trail. Parking is good, and Staff wonderful.

Was a lilttle disappointed on how they treat u as a big girl. Like i wasnt even worth the time to be shown to much. Like i was wasting thier time. Plus u cant brings kids here to work out with u or a play area for them so u can work out. Yes i know its 10.00 a month what do want for that. But when u are a single parent hard to get fit if u cant even bring my son to just sit while i work out.
This PF offers all the amenities compared to Altamonte Springs. There seems to be enough machines here in the morning when I workout.

I'm very upset. Thinking of canceling my membership. I have the black card membership... I bring my guest with me (which by two different staff I was told that guess could use all facility) And when i arrived at gym i wanted to use massage beds with my guest and was told my guess couldn't. Mind i said i was told previously by two different staff that my guess could. They gave me attitude and a hard time. Black membership isn't worth it just pay the stupid 10 if you just must come to this gym.

Haven't worked out all year, but I hear it's nice.
I go to the one near OBT and the staff is awesome! There is even a personal trainer who actually does circuit training with members. I haven't seen this at the other locations. Most just give you a paper with exercises to do and then leave.
Its not bad depending on the time.Sometimes the staff does not pay attention to the missing amenities,they're always involved in their discussions about other things instead of making things better for the clientele,that happens preferentially in the afternoons and evenings and they gotta check all those members using their cellphones and disturbing other members work out.Part of the staff is friendly and helpful but just a part of them.
Staff is pleasant, facilities are clean. I would have given 5 stars if all of the televisions and sound cables worked

This employee known as molly or whatever is very unprofessional, asking questions when you ask a question and it's a very very uncomfortable act making you more frustrated than you are already when they are taking multiple payments from your credit card used to pay bills. Her attitudes stinks and it's highly not acceptable apart from that this gym is great I love it before dark. But she has driven me to the edge to where I wanna just done with that plannet fitness location, I've heard rumors of her being a racist doesn't like black people and her attitude is not welcoming. People like that need to find another job field certainly not. She was very much rude
