I joined CrossFit ATF about 2 months ago and absolutely LOVE it! I look forward to a new, challenging, and fun workout every day! The coaches are so helpful, encouraging, and motivating. Upon joining I started and completed the 6 week CrossFit ATF Challenge and I lost 6 lbs (145 to 139 lbs) and 7% body fat (27% to 20%). I am so thankful for them, especially Coach Adam, for helping me reach my goals and bringing back my passion for working out. I feel and look great and it's all thanks to them! I highly recommend this crossfit gym!
