I never saw myself as a "Crossfit" kind of girl. With that being said, I tried it out with a friend and became almost instantly obsessed with it. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and cater to your individual goals, but encourage and push you to do things you never thought you could do. It's made working out so much fun that I can't step inside of a regular gym anymore. We log our workouts so we can keep track of our improvements which is also really helpful. I love the family I've made at ATF and would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Crossfit ATF has been nothing but great since the beginning. I truly enjoy the genuine concern from the coaches and staff day in and out. Other local gyms I have been to in the past seem to generic and simple. I would recommend this gym to young/old, experience/beginner. Either way, you will enjoy the workout and environment this gym has to offer.

Cross fit ATF is the reason why I lost 18 pounds. I thank them everyday for actually caring and pushing me to my limits. The workouts were fun and full of energy! Made me love taking care of myself/maintaining my health !!

Extremely welcoming, coaches work with you not at you. Has a homey feel but you can still lift like you're in a dungeon. Helped me alot with range of motion and back pain.

I joined CrossFit ATF about 2 months ago and absolutely LOVE it! I look forward to a new, challenging, and fun workout every day! The coaches are so helpful, encouraging, and motivating. Upon joining I started and completed the 6 week CrossFit ATF Challenge and I lost 6 lbs (145 to 139 lbs) and 7% body fat (27% to 20%). I am so thankful for them, especially Coach Adam, for helping me reach my goals and bringing back my passion for working out. I feel and look great and it's all thanks to them! I highly recommend this crossfit gym!

Tried Crossfit for the first time and I love! It has only been a month for me but I really am enjoying it. Everyday we have a new challenging workout which I really like. If you haven't tried I recommend you come by and get a really good workout!

Just started a month ago and I already feel the difference! The works out have been so much fun and Coach Adam does a great job showing me how to go through all of the movements! Definitely recommend everyone to come!

I'm in my 3rd week at CrossFit ATF and loving the total body workouts! It's so challenging yet revitalizing at the same time! Adam takes the extra time to explain technique and is constantly correcting your form. It's a great way to start off the day!
